BACS REPORTS. 16.1 The Bacs Input Report is a report generated by Bacs (not the Company) and provides details of the payments that have been sent electronically by Bacs (or using Bacs through the Client Account) for every payment run on behalf of the Customer. For every payment run, it is the Customer’s responsibility to verify the existence and content of the Bacs input report independently of the Company and if it does not, the Customer shall accept the results of the processing of that information as full and satisfactory performance of the Services by the Company and the Customer shall hold the Company harmless for all errors and/or inaccuracies which might have taken place.

BACS REPORTS a. If the Customer is unable to collect their reports directly from the Bacs Payment Services website, the Customer can instruct their Bank to permit the Supplier (acting as a Bacs Approved Bureau) to obtain the reports on their behalf.
BACS REPORTS. 7.1. BACS Input Reports provide details of the payments that have been sent electronically by BACS on behalf of the Customer. The Messaging Reports provide details of the payments that have been amended, adjusted or returned electronically from the BACS service, or the end bank, to the Customer and have implications if not acted upon within documented timescales. Fourth will ensure that the payments due to the Customer’s employees match the payments on the Customer approved payroll summary reports.

  • Progress Reports The Recipient shall submit to the OPWC, at the OPWC's request, summary reports detailing the progress of the Project pursuant to this Agreement and any additional reports containing such information as the OPWC may reasonably require.

  • Sales Reports On or before the twentieth (20th) day of each calendar month after the First Month, Tenant shall submit to City a report (the “Sales Report”) showing all Gross Revenues achieved with respect to the prior month by location, segregated by each source or general type of article sold or service rendered. Such report shall be certified as being true and correct by Tenant and shall otherwise be in form and substance satisfactory to Director. As described below, City shall have the right, in addition to all other rights herein, to impose a fine in the event Tenant shall fail to submit such Sales Report timely.

  • Project Reports 1. The Borrower shall monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.08 of the General Conditions and on the basis of the indicators agreed with the Bank.
