Summary Reports. Summary reports shall be provided to the Reinsurer, which include appropriate subtotals and totals of premiums, commissions and allowances, and premium tax by reporting category and in total. Policy exhibit summaries shall also be provided to the Reinsurer showing the reinsured amounts at the beginning of the reporting period, any increases, decreases and terminations during the reporting period, and the reinsured amounts at the end of the reporting period.
Summary Reports. Purchaser or its Affiliate(s) shall provide summary reporting to HUD on the current status of the sale portfolio quarterly in the format provided in Exhibit B-1-2 (the “Post-Sale Report–2”) at the address provided for notices in Section 4.05. The initial reporting period begins on the Second Settlement Date and ends on the last day of the third calendar month following the Second Settlement Date. Thereafter the reporting periods begin on the first day of the calendar month following the end of the prior reporting period and end on the last day of the third calendar month following the prior reporting period. This periodic post sale reporting requirement ends after a total of sixteen (16) Post-Sale Reports have been delivered after the forty-eighth (48th) month following the Second Settlement Date. The Post Sale Reports are due by the twentieth (20th) Business Day of the month following the end of the applicable reporting period (“Post-Sale Reporting Period”).
Summary Reports. 4.5 The Provider shall provide the Owner with a quarterly report of its activities and events in the provision of the Services during the Quarter concerned (a "Quarterly Summary Report"). Such reports shall include but shall not be limited to:-
Summary Reports. Not less than once every six (6) months, Aura shall provide LI-COR with a summary report, which must describe a summary-level review and/or update of the research, development, and commercialization activities undertaken by Aura and its Affiliates and Sublicensees with respect to Licensed Product during the period covered by the report and/or update since the last report. Each such report shall include a summary of work completed, a summary of work in progress, a current schedule of anticipated regulatory approvals, sublicensing efforts, if any, and market plans for introduction of Licensed Product.
Summary Reports. Concurrently with the delivery thereof to the Financial Advisor, a summary report of the items described in clauses (h) and (i) below, which summary reports shall be provided to the Lenders by electronic mail and, in each case, shall be in a form reasonably acceptable to the Required Lenders.

Within ninety (90) days of the end of the first Calendar Year (i.e., 2014) following the Effective Date and each year thereafter during the term of this Agreement, PharmaEssentia shall provide Kinex with a written summary of Development and Commercialization undertaken on a country by country basis during the then current Calendar Year consistent with written reports issued by PharmaEssentia in the ordinary course of its business.
Summary Reports. A monthly highlight report summarising the above and including additional information relating to staffing and workforce issues and identifying key risks and mitigations will be provided by the provider (see Appendix 2 to this Schedule).

Upon Hanmi’s sixty (60) day prior written request, made within thirty (30) days after the end of the first Calendar Year following the Effective Date and each year thereafter during the Agreement Term, if timely requested, Kinex shall provide Hanmi with a written summary of Development and Commercialization undertaken on a country by country basis during the then current Calendar Year consistent with written reports issued by Kinex in the ordinary course of its business.
Summary Reports. The _________ Parties agree to provide original paleontologic data in digital format, where possible, and to make reasonably available to the _________ Parties paleontological and biostratigraphic interpretations equivalent to or more detailed than what is provided to the BOEM and/or BSEE. The interpretations provided by the _________ Parties will be in the form of a summary of foraminiferal and nannofossil species events or "tops" and paleoenvironmental interpretations. All such furnished material shall be deemed to constitute a part of the _________ Well Data for all purposes.
Summary Reports. The Academic Senate secretary processes the raw data from the student evaluations, maintains confidentiality, completes and returns a summary report to the RT chair. Only the evaluatee may keep the summary report, no other team members should retain any copies of the report.
