Common use of Automobile Vandalism and Theft Clause in Contracts

Automobile Vandalism and Theft. 1. Employees shall be reimbursed for damage to the employee’s automobile because of vandalism or theft at the rate of up to $75.00 on the first claim and total payment on second or more, subject to the following conditions for the term of this Agreement:
