  • Authorization Required Prior to Parallel Operation 2.2.1 The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall use Reasonable Efforts to list applicable parallel Operating Requirements in Attachment 5 of this Agreement. Additionally, the NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall notify the Interconnection Customer of any changes to these requirements as soon as they are known. The NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner shall make Reasonable Efforts to cooperate with the Interconnection Customer in meeting requirements necessary for the Interconnection Customer to commence parallel operations by the in-service date.

  • Required Provisions (a) The Bank may terminate Executive’s employment at any time, but any termination by the Board other than termination for Cause shall not prejudice Executive’s right to compensation or other benefits under this Agreement. At any particular time, this initial registration statement, as amended, in the form then on file with the Commission, including all material then incorporated by reference therein, all information contained in the registration statement (if any) filed pursuant to Rule 462(b) and then deemed to be a part of the initial registration statement, and all 430A Information, all 430B Information and all 430C Information, if any, that in any case has not then been superseded or modified, shall be referred to as the “Initial Registration Statement”.
