At a minimum Sample Clauses

The "At a minimum" clause sets a baseline standard or requirement that must be met under the agreement. It specifies the lowest acceptable level of performance, quality, or quantity, ensuring that parties cannot provide less than the stated minimum, though they may exceed it if desired. For example, a service provider might be required to deliver at least a certain number of support hours per month. This clause ensures clarity and prevents parties from underperforming by establishing a clear threshold that must always be satisfied.
