ASSOCIATION RIGHTS SECTION A: ASSOCIATION REPRESENTATIVES. Upon advance notice to the building administrator or other functional area administrator, the Association and its representatives shall be permitted to transact official Association business on school property at all reasonable times, provided that this shall not interfere with or interrupt normal school operations. Notwithstanding the provisions of this Section, nothing herein shall be construed to prohibit the Xxxxxx Harbor Area Schools District from requiring visitors to a particular building to check in at the Principal’s Office upon entering and leaving said building.
