Common use of Association Participation Clause in Contracts

Association Participation. A representative of the Association may, upon request, address the Board during the staff participation portion of the agenda. Upon written request of the Association not less than seven (7) days prior to the meeting, the Association may be placed on the agenda for the purpose of addressing any relevant topic, which is not the subject of negotiations. All such presentations will be subject to Board policies and orders governing the conduct of Board meetings provided such policies shall not discriminate against the Association.
