Association/Administrative Meetings. There shall be a Discussion Committee formed, as described below, at which representatives of the Association and the administration, shall, unless mutually agreed otherwise, meet not less than once monthly for the purpose of discussing problems within the district. More frequent meetings may be held upon the written request of either side if mutually agreed. Specific dates, times and location of the monthly meetings and any additional meetings shall be by mutual agreement. Committee Composition The Discussion Committee will be comprised of fourteen (14) members, five (5) representing the administration and nine (9) representing the Association.  The administration representatives will be the Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Business Manager, and the Principals of each high school.  The Association representatives will be the Association President, the Association’s Building President from each high school, two

  • Association Meetings A. The Association shall have the right to use school facilities for meetings without cost after the regular students' school day.

  • Conference Telephone Meetings Directors or members of any committee of the Board may participate in a meeting of the Board or such committee by means of conference telephone or similar communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other, and such participation in a meeting shall constitute presence in person at such meeting.

  • Union-Management Committee There shall be a union/management committee comprised of four (4) employee representatives appointed by the Union and four (4) employer representatives. The Committee's purpose is to provide and promote effective and meaningful communication of information and ideas and to make joint recommendations on matters of concern. Matters that are properly the subject of an individual grievance will not be discussed at this committee. The Committee will meet quarterly, unless agreed otherwise, at a time and place mutually agreed to provided there is business for their joint consideration. The parties will exchange agenda items at least one (1) week prior to the meeting. The parties further agree the Committee may meet at any time its members mutually agree a meeting should be held. The duties of the Chairperson will be shared by the parties. Copies of the minutes shall be provided to Committee members. The employer agrees to pay for time spent during regular working hours for representatives of the union attending such meetings. The parties may utilize video or teleconferencing services for the purposes of committee members attending committee meetings, where appropriate and available. Neither party can unreasonably deny an initiative to utilize video or teleconferencing services.

  • Required Meetings or Hearings Whenever any employee is required to appear before the Superintendent or his designee, Board or any committee, member, representative or agent thereof concerning any matter which could adversely affect the continuation of that employee in his office, position, or employment or the salary of any increments pertaining thereto, then he shall be given prior written notice of the reasons for such meetings or interview and shall be entitled to have a representative of the Association present to advise him and represent him during such meetings or interview.
