The County Department agrees to promptly remedy any violation of any provision of this Agreement and certify the same to the DHCS Privacy Officer and DHCS Information Security Officer in writing, or to enter into a written corrective action plan with DHCS containing deadlines for achieving compliance with specific provisions of this Agreement.
