Monthly Assessment definition

Monthly Assessment means an assessment made by the Board of Directors for, and a Unit’s individual share of, the anticipated General Shared Expenses and the anticipated Limited Shared Expenses associated with such Unit’s Limited Shared Elements for each month of the Association’s fiscal year as reflected by the Budget adopted by the Board of Directors for such fiscal year.
Monthly Assessment means and refer to the Base Assessments levied on all Units subject to assessment under this Declaration, as more particularly set forth in Paragraph 4.2 hereof, including to fund Common Expenses.
