Arts, Special Populations, Outdoor Recreation, and Athletics. 1. Employees in the specialty areas of art, special populations outdoor recreation and athletics will be paid for and will be expected to work eighty (80) hours at their regular rate of pay in each fourteen (14) day period even though their hours may fluctuate according to the varying time demands of activities for which they are responsible. Employees' days off will be scheduled as two (2) consecutive days occurring twice in the fourteen (14) day period whenever possible.
