APRC Authority. The APRC's disposition, in connection with its role in reviewing Faculty tenure, promotion and non-reappointment grievances, is expressly limited to either dismissal of the grievance with prejudice or remand to academic process, where process failure is found, for reconsideration, in compliance with university policy, absent the process failure determined. Remand or Dismissal shall be unconditional. Recommendation may be made for disqualification, from remanded review, of an individual, group of individuals or entire APRC, if the APRC finds prejudice is unabateable upon remand, except that recommendation that the university President be disqualified in his/her role as Employer is prohibited.
