Appropriate Workplace Behaviour. The parties are committed to achieving and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, free from inappropriate workplace behaviour and bullying and will take all reasonably practicable steps to: (a) ▇▇▇▇▇▇ a culture of respect in the workplace; and (b) ensure employees are treated appropriately and not subject to bullying. An employee who is aggrieved by their treatment in employment may seek a review under section 59 of the PSEM Act.
