Appropriate Workplace Behaviour. 10.1 All parties to this Agreement are committed to achieving and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, free from inappropriate workplace behaviour, bullying and discrimination and will take all reasonably practical steps to: (a) ▇▇▇▇▇▇ a culture of respect in the workplace; (b) ensure employees are treated appropriately and not subject to bullying, harassment or discrimination; and (c) ▇▇▇▇▇▇ a culture that supports diversity and inclusion where all employees feel respected, valued, inspired engaged and have a sense of belonging. 10.2 An employee who is aggrieved by their treatment in employment may seek a review under section 59 of the PSEM Act.
