Appropriate Workplace Behaviour. (a) The parties are committed to achieving and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, free from inappropriate workplace behaviour, discrimination and bullying. (b) The employer will take all reasonably practicable steps to: (i) ▇▇▇▇▇▇ a culture of respect in the workplace; and (ii) ensure employees are treated appropriately and not subject to inappropriate workplace behaviour and bullying. The employer is committed to improving the work health and safety of all employees.
