Appointment of new Sub processors and List of Current Sub-processors. Pursuant to Clause 5(h) of the Standard Contractual Clauses, Customer acknowledges and expressly agrees that (a) FF’s Affiliates may be retained as Sub-processors; and (b) FF and FF’s Affiliates respectively may engage third-party Sub-processors in connection with the provision of the SCC Services. FF shall make available to Customer the current list of Sub-processors in accordance with Clause 5.2 of this DPA

Data Importer shall make available to Data Exporter the current list of Sub-processors in accordance with Section 4.2 of the DPA.

Pursuant to Clause 9(a) of the Standard Contractual Clauses, Customer acknowledges and expressly agrees that Mapbox will appoint sub-processors in accordance with Section 5 of the DPA (“Transfer, Disclosure and Third Parties”). In accordance with Section 5 of the DPA, Mapbox shall make available to Customer the current list of sub-processors at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/legal/subprocessors.
