Common use of Appointment of new Sub Clause in Contracts

Appointment of new Sub. processors and List of current Sub-Processors. Pursuant to Clause 9(a) of the Standard Clauses, Customer acknowledges and expressly agrees that (a) Company’s Affiliates may be retained as Sub-processors; and (b) Company and Company’s Affiliates respectively may engage third-party Sub-processors in connection with the provision of the Services. Company shall make available to Customer the current list of Sub-processors in accordance with Section 5 of this DPA

Pursuant to Clause 9(a) 9 of the Standard Contractual Clauses, Customer acknowledges and expressly agrees that (a) CompanySupplier’s Affiliates may be retained as Sub-processors; and (b) Company Supplier and CompanySupplier’s Affiliates respectively may engage third-party Sub-processors in connection with the provision of the Services. Company Supplier shall make available to Customer the current list of Sub-processors in accordance with Section 5 4.2 of this DPA.

Company Technolarity shall make available to Customer the current list of Sub-processors in accordance with Section 5 4.2 of this DPA.

Company essensys shall make available to Customer the current list of Sub-processors in accordance with Section 5 5.2 of this DPA
