Common use of Applicability to Grievance Procedure Clause in Contracts

Applicability to Grievance Procedure. A. The teacher who is, at anytime, issued a written notice of probable cause for non-renewal, or discharge by the Superintendent pursuant to this Article shall have ten (10) days following the receipt of said notice to file a notice of appeal as provided by statute or by this Agreement. The provisions of Article V, Grievance Procedure, shall be applicable to evaluation only as it relates to procedural issues provided that no grievance proceeding shall limit the authority of the school district to proceed with probationary and/or non-renewal action pursuant to the procedures established by state law.
