Denial of promotion by the Vice Xxxxxxx, Faculty Affairs can be appealed by a faculty member through the process outlined in Article 9 (Grievances) of the Collective Agreement. In such cases, the provisions of Memorandum of Understanding – 9, Ad Hoc Grievance Board shall come into effect, with an ad hoc Appeal Board formulated to pass final judgment on the application for promotion.
