The appeal shall be filed no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the Xxxx’x decision. The Xxxxxxx shall render a decision in writing within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of the faculty member’s appeal to the Xxxx’x decision. The Xxxxxxx’x decision shall be final.
