Annual Sponsorship Sample Clauses

Annual Sponsorship. Akron Children’s will pay the annual sponsorship fee by September 1st of each year, with the first payment due upon execution of this Agreement and payable within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date. Akron Children’s may terminate its commitment at any time following the first year of the term by providing School written notice at least sixty (60) days prior to the end of the then current term year.
