Annual Salary Guarantee. The academic year salary shall not be reduced by any change made in the academic college calendar. The total compensation for extra work (overtime) during any semester shall be based on either seventeen (17) or eighteen (18) weeks, as applicable, and shall likewise not be reduced by any change in the academic college calendar.
