Common use of Annual Physical Examination Clause in Contracts

Annual Physical Examination. To the extent not covered by any group medical plan from time to time in effect for the benefit of Company employees generally or other insurance coverage provided by the Company for the benefit of the Executive, the Company shall reimburse the Executive for the full cost of a complete annual physical examination.
