Common use of Annual Physical Examination Clause in Contracts

Annual Physical Examination. The Company will pay up to one thousand ($1,000) dollars annually for out of pocket expenses incurred by the Executive for preventative care above and beyond what is covered for preventative care by the Parent medical plan. Claims should first be submitted through the health insurance provider, if applicable, and the company will reimburse expenses above and beyond the plan coverage amounts, up to a maximum of one thousand ($1,000) dollars per calendar year.
