No Other Amendments. Except as expressly amended hereby, the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect in accordance with its terms.
No Other Amendments. Except as expressly amended herein, the terms of the Credit Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
No Other Amendments. The Original Agreement remains in full force and effect and is unamended except as explicitly set forth in this Amendment.
No Other Amendments. Except as set forth in Part A above, all the terms and provisions of the Sales Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
No Other Amendments. Except as expressly provided above, the Agreement shall remain unmodified and in full force and effect.
No Other Amendments. Except for the amendments expressly set forth above, the text of the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect, and the Lenders and the Administrative Agent expressly reserve the right to require strict compliance with the terms of the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
No Other Amendments. Except as set forth in Part A above, all the terms and provisions of the Equity Distribution Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
No Other Amendments. Except as expressly amended hereby, the Agreement is in all respects ratified and confirmed and all the terms, conditions, and provisions thereof shall remain in full force and effect.
No Other Amendments. Except as expressly set forth herein, this Amendment shall not by implication or otherwise limit, impair, constitute a waiver of, or otherwise affect the rights and remedies of any party under, the Credit Agreement, nor alter, modify, amend or in any way affect any of the terms, conditions, obligations, covenants or agreements contained in the Credit Agreement, all of which are ratified and affirmed in all respects and shall continue in full force and effect. This Amendment shall apply and be effective only with respect to the provisions of the Credit Agreement specifically referred to herein.
No Other Amendments. Except as set forth herein, all terms and provisions of the Financing Agreements among Congress, LPC and LRG shall remain in full force and effect. Except as expressly set forth herein, no other or further amendment, waiver or consent is implied by, and LPC and LRG shall not be entitled to, any other or further amendment, waiver or consent by virtue of the provisions of this Agreement. In addition, without limiting the foregoing, the waivers of Congress set forth herein do not constitute an agreement to, and LPC and LRG acknowledge that Congress may decline to, grant any other or further waivers with respect to the subject matter hereof or any other matters regardless of whether or not there occurs any change in facts or circumstances relating to LPC and/or LRG.
