ALTERNATIVE HOUSING. Should Landlord deem it necessary to undertake renovation or reconstruction of the leased premises during the term of this Lease, Landlord agrees to provide Resident with other and equivalent premises owned and maintained by Landlord and at the same terms as the leased premises. Resident agrees to accept such substitution as a continuation of this Lease and without suspension of its terms and applicability. "Equivalent" shall be taken to mean substantially or reasonably the same without necessity to be identical in location, elevation, or furnishings.

ALTERNATIVE HOUSING. Upon request, and to a reasonable and feasible extent, assist Tenant in obtaining alternative housing, which is affordable and appropriate for the Tenant. In the first instance, Tenant will be referred to alternative housing owned by Landlord or Landlord’s Agent. If such housing is not available, affordable or appropriate, Landlord’s Agent shall provide a list of area affordable rental housing providers for the Tenant to contact.

  • EQUAL HOUSING If the Tenant possesses any mental or physical impairment, the Landlord shall provide reasonable modifications to the Premises unless the modifications would be too difficult or expensive for the Landlord to provide. Any impairment(s) of the Tenant are encouraged to be provided and presented to the Landlord in writing in order to seek the most appropriate route for providing the modifications to the Premises.

  • Affordable Housing The Owner covenants with the Council as follows:-

  • Alternative Risk Financing Programs The County reserves the right to review, and then approve, Contractor use of self-insurance, risk retention groups, risk purchasing groups, pooling arrangements and captive insurance to satisfy the Required Insurance provisions.
