Allottee to Pay for Common Expenses/Maintenance Charges. Subject to the provisions of Clause 1.1 above, the Allottee shall pay the Common Expenses/Maintenance Charges, on the basis of the bills to be raised by the Promoter or the Association (upon formation), such bills being conclusive proof of the liability of the Allottee in respect thereof. The Allottee further admit and accept that (1) the Allottee shall not claim any deduction or abatement in the bills relating to Common Expenses/ Maintenance Charges and (2) the Common Expenses/ Maintenance Charges shall be subject to variation from time to time, at the sole discretion of the Promoter or the Association (upon formation).

  • Additional Expenses The Underwriter will pay all expenses (e.g., shipping, postage and courier costs) associated with the delivery of the Prospectus to prospective investors and investors, other than the costs of delivery to the Underwriter's facilities, provided, that if courier services (other than overnight delivery services utilized in the ordinary course of business) are required to ensure that the Prospectus is delivered to investors on the day immediately preceding the Closing Date, the Company will pay such courier expenses.   • Collection Expenses The Borrower further agrees, subject only to any limitation imposed by applicable law, to pay all expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred by the holder of this Note in endeavoring to collect any amounts payable hereunder which are not paid when due.

  • Special Expenses When prior approval has been granted by an Appointing Authority, special expenses, such as registration or conference fees and banquet tickets, incurred as a result of State business, shall also be reimbursed.
