ALLOCATION OF STAFF INTERPRETERS. The State Court Administrator’s Office shall be responsible for the allocation of classified staff language interpreters to judicial districts in accordance with the OLA’s FTE Allocation Plan Corresponding to Language Interpreters. Unless approved in advance by the State Court Administrator, effective 7/1/11 all newly hired interpreters in classified positions shall be certified. Additional non-judicial employee contract interpreters may be hired as needed on an independent contract basis utilizing the contract form Agreement for Independent Contractor - Language Interpreter.

  • REDUCTION OF STAFF Involuntary transfers to reduce staff may be made at the end of the school year based upon enrollment estimates and during the year based upon actual enrollments. The supervisor shall determine the level (TK-3, 4-6), the subject area, or program to be reduced. Elementary site administrators shall poll their staffs as to qualifications for an interest in changing levels.

  • Allocation of Resources So that the mutually agreed-upon objectives of the agreement can be adequately met, resources from the School Board and DJJ will be allocated based on the previously identified roles and responsibilities of each agency. Responsibilities of the DJJ DJJ agrees to the following:

If included in Texas construction contracts, such provisions are voidable by a party obligated by the contract or agreement to perform the work. By submission of this proposal, Vendor acknowledges this law and if Vendor enters into a construction contract with a Texas TIPS Member under this procurement, Vendor certifies compliance.

  • Out-of-State Travel Costs for travel outside Texas or the United States are unallowable unless a Request to Use TJJD Funds to Attend Out-of-State Training [TJJD-CER-01-11] has been submitted by the Grantee and prior written approval of the trip and projected costs for such travel has been granted by the Department.

  • Duties of State Street A. As the Financial Administrator.   • Evaluation of Students A teacher shall maintain the right and responsibility to determine grades and other evaluation of students within the grading policies of the District based upon professional judgment of available criteria pertinent to any given subject area or activity for which the teacher is responsible. No grade or evaluation shall be changed without consultation with the teacher.
