Allocation of Front End Load. 5.3.1 The remuneration of Distribution Companies and Investment Facilitators shall be paid exclusively from any Front-end Load received by the Trustee and paid by the Management Company when the Trustee pays the Front-end Load to the Management Company for onward distribution to the Distributors and Investment Facilitators, and no charges shall be made against the Fund Property or the Distribution Account in this respect.
