All Purpose Rate –Twelve Hour Shiftworker. 27.5.1 An all purpose rate will apply for the duration of this agreement for Employees working on a continuous/rotating twelve hour shift roster. The all purpose rate will apply to all rostered hours worked and will be in lieu of any payments or entitlements that may otherwise apply in respect of: ▪ Working of ordinary hours; ▪ Hours worked in excess of an average of 42 hours per week; ▪ Shift penalties; ▪ Weekend penalties; ▪ Public Holiday penalties; ▪ Industry and disability allowances; ▪ Rostered days off; ▪ Annual leave loadings; ▪ Any other allowances or penalties that might otherwise be applicable.

  • Partial Disposal During Term of Service Agreement Throughout the Term of the Service Agreement, LEA may request partial disposal of Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement that is no longer needed. Partial disposal of data shall be subject to LEA’s request to transfer data to a separate account, pursuant to Article II, section 3, above.

  • Non-Medicaid-Funded Hours Worked Effective July 1, 2021, the Employer shall contribute the Healthcare Rate or three dollars and seventy-nine cents ($3.79), whichever is higher to the Trust for each Non-Medicaid- Funded hour worked. Non-Medicaid-Funded Hour(s) worked shall be defined as all hours worked by all employees covered by this Agreement in the Employer's in‐home care program that are paid by a payor other than Medicaid, excluding vacation hours, paid-time off, and training hours. Effective July 1 2022, the Employer shall contribute the Healthcare rate or three dollars and ninety-eight cents ($3.98), whichever is higher, to the Trust for each Non-Medicaid-Funded Hour worked. Contributions required by Section 21.2 shall be paid periodically as required by the Trust.

  • Wage Rate Payments / Changes During Contract Term The wages to be paid under any resulting Contract shall not be less than the prevailing rate of wages and supplements as set forth by law. It is required that the Contractor keep informed of all changes in the Prevailing Wage Rates during the Contract term that apply to the classes of individuals supplied by the Contractor on any projects resulting from this Contract, subject to the provisions of the Labor Law. Contractor is solely liable for and must pay such required prevailing wage adjustments during the Contract term as required by law.
