Alberta Law. This Lease will be interpreted according to the laws of the Province of Alberta, and the parties irrevocably attorn to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Alberta with respect to the enforcement of this Lease.

Alberta Law. 20. The execution and, to the extent governed by Alberta Law, delivery and performance by, Canadian Operating Company, as managing partner of AECO Gas, of each of the Xxxxx-Canada Transaction Documents and the performance of its obligations thereunder, do not breach, contravene, or conflict with or result in a default under:

No permit, consent, approval, authorization, order, registration, filing or qualification (“consent”) of or with any court, governmental agency or body of Canada or the Provinces of Alberta or Ontario is required in connection with: (i) the application of the proceeds from the offering issuance and sale by the Company of the Units as described under “Use of Proceeds” in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, (ii) the execution, delivery and performance of the Xxxxx-Canada Transaction Documents by each of Canadian Operating Company (on behalf of itself and AECO), Holdco and GP ULC, as applicable, or (iii) the consummation of the transactions contemplated by the Xxxxx-Canada Transaction Documents, except as have been obtained or made.
Alberta Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada. The parties agree to attorn to the courts of the Province of Alberta.

  • Cayman Islands Law References Any summary of the laws and regulations of the Cayman Islands and of the terms of the Company’s Articles of Association set forth in the Deposit Agreement have been provided by the Company solely for the convenience of Holders, Beneficial Owners and the Depositary. While such summaries are believed by the Company to be accurate as of the date of the Deposit Agreement, (i) they are summaries and as such may not include all aspects of the materials summarized applicable to a Holder or Beneficial Owner, and (ii) these laws and regulations and the Company’s Articles of Association may change after the date of the Deposit Agreement. Neither the Depositary nor the Company has any obligation under the terms of the Deposit Agreement to update any such summaries.

  • Application of Delaware Law This Agreement, and the application of interpretation hereof, shall be governed exclusively by its terms and by the laws of the State of Delaware, and specifically the Delaware Act.
