Massachusetts Law definition

Massachusetts Law means the Massachusetts Business Corporation Act (Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 156D), unless (and solely to the limited extent that) the Business Corporation Law of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 156B) is otherwise applicable, in which case, it shall mean the Business Corporation Law of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 156B).
Massachusetts Law means the applicable provisions of statutes, rules and regulations promulgated in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to govern the administration of workers’ compensation laws and self-insurance groups thereunder, including but not limited to Chapter 152, Workers’ Compensation, under the General Laws of Massachusetts, as the same may be amended from time to time.
Massachusetts Law means the MBCA and any other applicable Law (including common law) of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Massachusetts Law means the Massachusetts Business Corporation Law MGL Ch.Section 156B, as the same may be amended from time to time, and any successor to such act.
