Airline Liability Insurance. The Airline, at all times during the Term of this Agreement, shall maintain Aviation/Airline Liability Insurance coverage that includes, but is not limited to, Premises and Operations, Personal and Advertising Injury, Contractual Liability, Products and Completed Operations, Hangarkeeper’s and Liquor Liability. Coverage will be applicable to the operation of all unlicensed motor vehicles and ground equipment operating within the AOA at the Airport. Additional insured coverage will be on a form that provides coverage in a manner no more restrictive than ISO Form CG 20 10 10 01. The minimum limits of insurance, inclusive of any amounts provided by an umbrella or excess policy, covering the Airline’s operations at the Airport will be: Aviation/Airline Liability: Resolution Specific: Bodily & Personal Injury $100,000,000 Combined Single Limit & Property Damage Liability Each Occurrence & Aggregate Sublimits to be provided through the Aviation/Airline Liability or separate policy: Personal Injury (non-passengers) $25,000,000 Each Occurrence

The minimum limits of insurance, inclusive of any amounts provided by an umbrella or excess policy, covering the work performed pursuant to this Agreement will be: Airline Liability: Agreement Specific Bodily & Personal Injury $100,000,000 Combined Single Limit & Property Damage Liability Each Occurrence & Aggregate Sublimits to be provided through the Airline Liability or separate policy: Personal Injury (non-passengers) $25,000,000 Each Occurrence Liquor Liability Coverage: Liquor Liability Coverage will be maintained for any facility of Company serving alcoholic beverages on the Airport in an amount not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence. Hangarkeepers Liability Coverage: Hangarkeepers Liability Coverage will be maintained in an amount adequate to cover any non-owned property in the care, custody, and control of Company on the Airport, but in any event, in an amount not less than $5,000,000 per occurrence.

Coverage will be provided for liability resulting out of, or in connection with, ongoing operations performed by, or on behalf of, the Airline under this Agreement or the use or occupancy of Authority Premises by, or on behalf of, the Airline in connection with this Agreement. Coverage shall be provided on a form no more restrictive than ISO Form CG 00 01. Additional insurance coverage shall be provided on a form no more restrictive than ISO Form CG 20 10 10 01 and CG 20 37 10 01.

Airline Liability Insurance. This insurance shall be maintained in respect of all aircraft owned, leased or operated by the Airline for bodily injury or death and property damage liability in a combined single limit amount of not less than two hundred million dollars ($200,000,000) per occurrence and shall include aircraft liability, airport liability, passenger liability and baggage and cargo liability. Provided, however, if the Airline operates at the Airports only as a Regional/Commuter Air Carrier, the Airline shall maintain aircraft liability insurance in a combined single limited amount of not less than fifty million dollars ($50,000,000) per occurrence. A twenty- five million dollars ($25,000,000) per occurrence sub-limit for personal injury, bodily injury (including death) and property damage liability shall cover: premises-operation, medical payments, contractual liability, liability of independent contractors, personal injury, and fire legal liability. If the Airline operates a club or "VIP" room serving alcoholic beverages, liquor liability insurance must be provided.
Airline Liability Insurance. The Airline shall at all times during the term of this Agreement and while utilizing the Airport maintain liability insurance for both aircraft related loss and non-aircraft related loss in the amounts and upon such terms as are required in this Section 9.
