Cyber Liability Insurance. Cyber Liability Insurance with limits not less than $1,000,000 per claim. Coverage shall be sufficiently broad to respond to the duties and obligations as is undertaken by Contractor or Consultant in this Agreement and shall include, but not be limited to, claims involving infringement of intellectual property, including but not limited to infringement of copyright, trademark, trade dress, invasion of privacy violations, information theft, damage to or destruction of electronic information, release of private information, alteration of electronic information, extortion, and network security. The policy shall provide coverage for breach response costs as well as regulatory fines and penalties, and credit monitoring expenses with limits sufficient to respond to these obligations.
Cyber Liability Insurance. Respondent shall procure and maintain Cyber Liability Insurance at a limit of liability not less than $500,000 per occurrence or claim. JAA must receive 30-day notice of intent to cancel, non-renew, or make material change in coverage. Cyber Liability Insurance Coverage shall contain the following:
Cyber Liability Insurance. Without limiting any of the obligations or liabilities of Vendor, Vendor shall carry and maintain, at its own expense including any applicable deductibles or retention, Cyber Liability insurance with limits of not less than $2,000,000 for each occurrence and an annual aggregate of $5,000,000 covering claims involving privacy violations, information theft, damage to or destruction of electronic information, intentional and/or unintentional release of private information, alteration of electronic information, extortion and network security. The policy coverage shall include, but not be limited to:
Cyber Liability Insurance. CONTRACTOR shall maintain Cyber Liability Insurance with minimum limits of no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence with $3,000,000 aggregate. The state of Washington, its agents and employees need not be named as additional insureds under this policy. The insurance required shall be issued by an insurance company/ies authorized to do business within the state of Washington, and shall name Washington State University, its agents and employees as additional insureds under the insurance policy/ies. All policies shall be primary to any other valid and collectable insurance. Should any of the above described policies be cancelled before the expiration date thereof, notice shall be delivered in accordance with policy provisions. CONTRACTOR shall submit to UNIVERSITY within 15 days of the Contract effective date, a certificate of insurance that outlines coverage and limits defined in this section. The certificate must name WASHINGTON STATE UNIVERSITY as certificate holder. The mailing address for certificate holder is: Washington State University Contract SPC000xxx XX Xxx 000000 Xxxxxxx, XX 00000-0000 CONTRACTOR shall submit renewal certificates as appropriate during the term of the Contract and xxxx all certificates with the WSU Contract No. SPC000xxx.
Cyber Liability Insurance. (a) Contractor shall at the minimum obtain and maintain, without interruption, a professional liability policy and/or security and privacy liability policy covering liability arising out of unauthorized access to Contractor’s computer systems or unauthorized access to KHS data stored by Contractor with limits of liability equaling at least $1,000,000 per claim or occurrence and in the aggregate.
Cyber Liability Insurance covering privacy liability, data breach, network security, network extortion, and business interruption, against loss from the failure by the Owner or the Hotel or by an independent contractor for which the Insured is legally responsible (including Manager) to properly handle, manage, store, destroy or otherwise control any : (i) personal information; (ii) third party corporate information in any format provided to the Insured, the Hotel or the Manager and specifically identified as confidential and protected under a nondisclosure agreement or similar contract; (iii) an unintentional violation of the Owner’s, Manager’s or the Hotel’s privacy policy that results in the violation of any law or regulation with respect to privacy and personal information; (iv) a failure of computer network security. Such coverage will provide minimum limits of Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000).
Cyber Liability Insurance. With coverage of not less than Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) in the aggregate which shall include at a minimum coverage for (i) unauthorized access, which may take the form of a “hacker attack” or a “virus” introduced by a third party or cyber extortion; (ii) crisis management, response costs and associated expenses (e.g. legal and public relations expenses); (iii) breach of the City Data; and (iv) loss of data or denial of service incidents.
Cyber Liability Insurance. Each party to this Agreement shall carry and maintain, at its own expense including any applicable deductibles or retentions, insurance policies or coverage agreements of the kind and with limits listed below: Should the Contract have access to data provided by the District, the Contractor shall provide Cyber Liability insurance or coverage with limits of not less than $1,000,000 for each occurrence and an annual aggregate of $2,000,000 covering claims involving privacy violations, information theft, damage to or corruption or destruction of electronic information, intentional and/or unintentional release of private information, internet media liability, alteration of electronic information, extortion, and network security. This coverage is required to remain in effect for as long as necessary to cover any and all such claims.

Such insurance shall include Xxxxx County, its elected officials, officers, and employees as an additional insured, and shall not be reduced or canceled without 30 days written prior notice delivered to County. Contractor shall provide County with a certificate of insurance as evidence of insurance protection provided. Insurance certificates provided by any insurance company or underwriter shall not contain the language “endeavor to” and “but failure to mail such notice shall impose no obligation or liability of any kind upon the company,” or similar language. If Contractor has employees, he/she shall obtain and maintain continuously Workers’ Compensation Insurance to cover Contractor and Contractor’s employees and partners. All endorsements are to be received and approved by the County of Xxxxx before work commences. However, failure to do so shall not operate as a waiver of these insurance requirements. Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, Contractor shall cause all of its subcontractors to maintain the insurance coverages specified in this Insurance section and name Contractor as an additional insured on all such coverages. Evidence thereof shall be furnished as County may reasonably request. The coverage types and limits required pursuant to this Agreement shall in no way limit the liability of Contractor.
Cyber Liability Insurance. Coverage $1,500,000 per occurrence covering liability for transmission of a virus, hacker damage, theft or unauthorized disclosure of private information, theft of digital ID, cyber business interruption, cyber extortion, and consumer and client coverage.
