Agreement to Pay Attorneys’ Fees and Other Expenses. In the event the Bank shall default under any of the provisions of this Agreement and the Fiscal and Paying Agent shall employ outside attorneys or incur other expenses for the enforcement of performance or observance or any such obligation or agreement, the Bank agrees that it will on demand pay to the Fiscal and Paying Agent the reasonable fees and expenses of such attorneys and such other reasonable expenses incurred by the Fiscal and Paying Agent.

  • Attorneys’ Fees and Other Expenses To the extent permitted by the Oregon Constitution and the Oregon Tort Claims Act, the prevailing party in any dispute arising from this Contract is entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs at trial and on appeal. Reasonable attorneys’ fees cannot exceed the rate charged to OBDD by its attorneys.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, should any court, arbitrator, or administrative authority determine that Contractor is an employee for any other purpose, then Contractor agrees to a reduction in City’s financial liability so that City’s total expenses under this Agreement are not greater than they would have been had the court, arbitrator, or administrative authority determined that Contractor was not an employee.

  • Travel and Other Expenses ODHS shall not reimburse Contractor for any travel or additional expenses under this Contract.
