No Trust. Nothing contained in this Agreement and no action taken pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement shall create or be construed to create a trust of any kind, or a fiduciary relationship between the Bank and Executive, Executive’s Beneficiary or any other person.
No Trust. Nothing in this document creates any form of trust arrangement or fiduciary duty between the City and the Developer. Following receipt of the Monetary Contribution, the City is not required to separately account for the Monetary Contribution, report to the Developer regarding expenditure of the Monetary Contribution or comply with any request by the Developer to trace the Monetary Contribution.
No Trust. Nothing contained in this Agreement, and no action taken pursuant to its provisions by either party hereto shall create, or be construed to create, a trust of any kind, or a fiduciary relationship between the Corporation and the Executive or his or her Beneficiary.
No Trust. No obligation of the Company under this Agreement shall be construed as creating a trust, escrow or other secured or segregated fund, in favor of Executive or his beneficiary. The status of Executive and Executive’s beneficiary with respect to any liabilities assumed by the Company hereunder shall be solely those of unsecured creditors of the Company. Any asset acquired or held by the Company in connection with liabilities assumed by it hereunder shall not be deemed to be held under any trust, escrow or other secured or segregated fund for the benefit of Executive or Executive’s beneficiary or to be security for the performance of the obligations of the Company, but shall be, and remain a general, unhypothecated, unrestricted asset of the Company at all times subject to the claims of general creditors of the Company.
No Trust. Nothing contained in this Agreement and no action taken pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement shall create or be construed to create a trust of any kind, or a fiduciary relationship between the Company and the the Insured, the Insured’s designated beneficiary or any other person.
No Trust. The Buyer enters into and performs this agreement on its own account and not as trustee for or nominee of any other person.
No Trust. Nothing herein and no action taken pursuant hereto shall create or be deemed to create any trust or fiduciary relationship between the Corporation and the Executive, his Beneficiary, or any other person.

Nothing contained in the Plan and no action taken pursuant to the provisions hereof shall create or be construed to create a trust of any kind, or a fiduciary relationship between (i) the Company and the Committee (or any member thereof) and (ii) the Participant, his designated beneficiary or any other person.

No Trust. The Employer by electing (a) or (b) below does not create the Trust described in Section 5.03. Section 5.02
