Agreement to Pay Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses. In the event the Company should default under any of the provisions of this Lease Agreement and the Agency should employ attorneys or incur other expenses for the collection of amounts payable hereunder or the enforcement of performance or observance of any obligations or agreements on the part of the Company herein contained, the Company shall, on demand therefor, pay to the Agency the reasonable fees of such attorneys and such other expenses so incurred.

In the event either party to this Lease should default under any of the provisions hereof and the nondefaulting party should employ attorneys or incur other expenses for the collection of moneys or the enforcement of performance or observance of any obligation or agreement on the part of the defaulting party contained herein, the defaulting party agrees that it will pay on demand to the nondefaulting party the reasonable fees of such attorneys and such other expenses so incurred by the nondefaulting party.

If an Event of Default should occur and the Issuer or the Trustee should incur expenses, including attorneys' fees, in connection with the enforcement of this Agreement or the collection of sums due hereunder, the Company shall be required, to the extent permitted by law, to reimburse the Issuer and the Trustee, as applicable, for the expenses so incurred upon demand.

In the event the Company should default under any of the provisions of this Agreement or the Note and the Issuer or the Trustee should employ attorneys or incur other expenses for the collection of the payments due under this Agreement or the enforcement of performance or observance of any obligation or agreement on the part of the Company herein contained, the Company agrees to pay to the Issuer or the Trustee the reasonable fees of such attorneys and such other reasonable out-of-pocket expenses so incurred by the Issuer or the Trustee.

Whenever any Event of Default occurs and the City shall employ attorneys or incur other expenses for the collection of payments due or to become due or for the enforcement or performance or observance of any obligation or agreement on the part of the Developer herein contained, the Developer agrees that it shall, on demand therefor, pay to the City the reasonable fees of such attorneys and such other expenses so incurred by the City.
Agreement to Pay Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses. In the event the Participant should fail to perform its obligations under any of the provisions of this Origination Agreement and the Authority or the Servicer should employ attorneys or incur other expenses for the enforcement of performance or observance of any obligation or agreement on the part of the Participant herein contained, the Participant agrees that it will pay or reimburse the Authority and the Servicer on demand the reasonable fees of their attorneys and all such other incurred expenses.
Agreement to Pay Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses. In the event of any Event of Default (as defined in Section 7.1) hereunder, and if the Beneficiary employs attorneys or incurs other expenses for the collection of amounts due hereunder or the enforcement of performance or observance of an obligation or agreement on the part of the Trustor in this Deed of Trust, the Trustor agrees that it will, on demand therefor, pay to the Beneficiary the reasonable fees of such attorneys and such other reasonable expenses so incurred by the Beneficiary. Any such amounts paid by the Beneficiary will be added to the Secured Obligations, and will bear interest from the date such expenses are incurred at the Default Rate.

In the event the Lessee should default under any of the provisions of this Agreement and the Agency should employ attorneys or incur other expenses for the collection of the Rental Payments payable hereunder or the enforcement of performance or observance of any obligation or agreement on the part of the Lessee herein contained, the Lessee agrees that it will on demand therefor pay to the Agency the reasonable fees and disbursements of such attorneys and such other expenses so incurred.
