Agreement and Application. Engineering byDesign™ Network School Agreement (EbD™) (Consortium) This Agreement between _(School Name) of the (School District) located in (City, ST) and the International Technology and Engineering Educators Association’s (ITEEA’s) STEM Center for Teaching and Learning™ (STEM CTL™), Reston, Virginia, will serve to identify what each party is expected to perform over the time that the school is a member of the EbD™ Network of Schools.   • Outage Authority and Coordination Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner may each, in accordance with NYISO procedures and Good Utility Practice and in coordination with the other Party, remove from service any of its respective Attachment Facilities or System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades that may impact the other Party’s facilities as necessary to perform maintenance or testing or to install or replace equipment. Absent an Emergency State, the Party scheduling a removal of such facility(ies) from service will use Reasonable Efforts to schedule such removal on a date and time mutually acceptable to both the Developer and the Connecting Transmission Owner. In all circumstances either Party planning to remove such facility(ies) from service shall use Reasonable Efforts to minimize the effect on the other Party of such removal.

  • ASSIGNMENT AND SUB-CONTRACTING 19.1 The Contractor shall not assign or sub-contract any obligations under the Contract without the prior consent of the Authority, which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. Sub-contracting any part of the Contract shall not relieve the Contractor of any of its obligations or duties.

  • Commercial Driver’s License As a result of recent Federal statutory requirements, the State of Michigan enacted Act 346 of 1988. The parties agree that as a result of these statutory requirements some employees within the Technical Bargaining Unit may be required to obtain and retain a Commercial Drivers License (CDL) to continue to perform certain duties for the State.
