Agreement and Application. Section 1. This Master Agreement is entered into by and between Kaleida Health, hereinafter referred to as the Employer; 1199 SEIU United Healthcare Workers East, hereinafter referred to as SEIU and the Communications Workers of America, AFL-CIO, hereinafter referred to as CWA; and the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 17S, AFL-CIO, hereinafter referred to as IUOE; or collectively as the Unions.
