AEGEAN BALTIC BANK S. A. as security agent and trustee for and on behalf of the Secured Creditors (the "Security Agent").
AEGEAN BALTIC BANK S. A. in its capacity as arranger, security agent and account bank and (5) the Banks, the Banks agreed (inter alia) to advance by way of loan to the Borrowers, jointly and severally, upon the terms and conditions therein contained, the principal sum of up to Thirty five million five hundred thousand Dollars ($35,500,000);

A. in its capacity as arranger, security agent and account bank and (5) the Banks, the Banks agreed (inter alia) to advance by way of loan to the Borrowers, jointly and severally, upon the terms and conditions therein contained, the principal sum of up to Twenty six million two hundred and fifty thousand Dollars (US$26,250,000);
