Adoption of Annual Business Plans. Subject to the unanimous approval of the Board of Managers, any officers appointed by the Board of Managers shall be responsible during each year for the preparation of an annual business plan. This business plan shall be the guidelines for the activities of the Company during the Company’s next fiscal year.
