Administrative Time. Individual providers shall be compensated an additional fifteen (15) minutes per pay period for the purposes of recording and submitting timesheets.
Administrative Time. Employees of the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension and the Alcohol and Gambling Enforcement Division of the Department of Public Safety, Department of Corrections, and Department of Commerce shall have the option, upon written notice to their Supervisor, to receive overtime pay for holiday work as administrative time in lieu of cash. In the event that any employee separates from service with a balance of accrued but unused administrative time, the employee shall be paid in cash for such unused administrative time at the employee’s regular rate of pay in effect at the time of separation.
Administrative Time. The Head Supervisor shall be allotted eight (8) clear hours per month for the purposes of attending to daycare business. Such time shall be included in the normal hours of work and the Head Supervisor will not be included in the staff to child ratio during this time. Administrative time will be scheduled in a minimum of four (4) hour blocks.

Administrative Time. (a) Time shall be made available to the Senior Early Childhood Educator or her/his designate for the purpose of doing administrative work in the centre. Such administrative time shall be included in the regular hours of work per week.
Administrative Time. Administratively-directed time shall be used to improve student learning as planned and directed by building and District administrators. When planning activities for these days, administrators shall consider the relevancy of the planned activities to the assignments of all certificated employees in the District, including specialists, and may choose to plan alternative activities for individuals or subgroups. Examples of activities which an administrator may choose to plan on these days include, but are not limited to, staff development, instruction and curriculum planning, student assessment, department, grade level and collegial planning, communication and planning of District procedures, changes and goals, and parent and student communication.
Administrative Time. When warranted by the performance of an exempt employee, the Sheriff may allow an exempt employee to be absent one or more days without requiring leave. These absences must be limited to a maximum of 5 days in any calendar year and must be used by the end of each. No administrative days may roll over to the following year.
Administrative Time. One-and-half (1.5) days one week, and one (1) day the following week, alternating week to week, shall be made available to the senior infant/toddler educator or infant/toddler co-educators for the purpose of doing the administrative work of the centre. Such administrative time shall be included in the regular hours of work per week and the senior infant/toddler educator or infant/toddler co-educators performing such work shall be replaced by a substitute employee during this administrative time. The Parties agree that no overtime shall be incurred for additional administrative duties.
Administrative Time. Administrative time for Special Education teachers with full-time teaching duties will be freed from classroom duties for 2 days per month so they may fulfill their special education responsibilities.
