Administrative and Operating Procedures. The Servicer shall maintain and implement administrative and operating procedures adequate to permit the identification of the applicable Receivables and all collections and adjustments attributable thereto and shall comply in all material respects with the Applicable Originator’s Credit and Collection Policy in regard to each applicable Receivable and related Contract.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Debtors shall not be required to make or retain duplicate copies of Installment Contracts or Leases.
