Union Office The Executive Superintendent of Human Resource Services or designate may grant a leave of absence to an Employee requiring full-time duty at the provincial and/or national level, provided that the Union reimburses the Board for the cost of the Employee’s benefits. Such requests shall not be unreasonably denied. The Employee shall continue to accumulate seniority during the period of leave.
General Administration 13.1 The Managers shall handle and settle all claims arising out of the Management Services hereunder and keep the Owners informed regarding any incident of which the Managers become aware which gives or may give rise to claims or disputes involving third parties.
PAY ADMINISTRATION 44.1 Except as provided in this article, and in Appendix "A", the terms and conditions governing the application of pay to employees are not affected by this Agreement.
