ADJUSTMENT OF CONTRACT PRICE. Adjustment of the Contract Price, if any, in accordance with provisions of this Contract shall be made by way of addition to or subtraction from the final instalment due and payable upon delivery of the VESSEL in the manner as hereinafter provided.
