Common use of Address of Record Clause in Contracts

Address of Record. All written notices hereunder will be provided to You by SM by mailing such notices to You through regular postal services, at the address provided in your Account in the account registration agreement. All such notices are deemed received by You on the date that is five (5) business days after they are mailed to You. You agree to advise SM of any change in your address in writing, and You acknowledge that You are responsible for keeping SM informed of your current address.
