Additional Order Forms Sample Clauses

The "Additional Order Forms" clause defines the process and conditions under which parties may create and execute new order forms for additional products or services under an existing agreement. Typically, this clause outlines that each new order form will reference the main agreement and specify the particular details, such as pricing, quantities, or service terms, for the additional items being purchased. By establishing a standardized method for expanding the scope of the relationship, this clause streamlines future transactions and ensures that all subsequent orders are governed by the same overarching terms, reducing administrative burden and potential for disputes.
