Additional Items and Enhancement Requests. Any item not listed in the Responsibility Matrix or clauses 2.1 or 2.2 are excluded from the Support Services provided under this SLA (Additional Items). The cost of any Additional Items and Enhancement Requests will be determined by Dusk Mobile according to its standard maintenance and support services charges (available on request and subject to change). Enhancement Requests must be logged as a Severity 5 support request before they can be investigated, responded to or any work commenced by Dusk Mobile.   • Additional Items The Insurer has received such other documents, instruments, approvals or opinions in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Insurer as are reasonably requested by the Insurer, including evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Insurer that the conditions precedent, if any, in the Transaction Documents have been satisfied.

  • Additional Benefits/Card Enhancements The Credit Union may from time to time offer additional services to your account, such as travel accident insurance, at no additional cost to you. You understand that the Credit Union is not obligated to offer such services and may withdraw or change them at any time.

  • Enhancement Budget Enhancements refer to additional functionality and deliverables unknown to the Authorized User at the time of Mini-Bid release. An Authorized User is permitted to include an enhancement budget, as included in the Mini-Bid (up to 10%). The total cost of the project including the enhancement budget shall not exceed the Lot threshold from which the award was made. An Authorized User shall use Appendix F, Attachment 3, Enhancement Request Template to reflect such modifications. Mini-Bid/Statement of Work documents will define specific criteria and method of reimbursement for the enhancement budget. Written approval of the Enhancement Budget Request is required from both the Authorized User and the Contractor.

  • Reimbursement Requests This is a cost-reimbursement Agreement. Disbursement of funds under this Agreement may be requested only for necessary, reasonable, and allowable costs described in PART B, and for which the Subrecipient has made payment during the period of performance set forth in Section 2.1 above. The City agrees to reimburse the Subrecipient for such costs, and payment shall be made upon receipt of a request for reimbursement form (PART C) accompanied by a monthly accomplishment report from the Subrecipient specifying the services performed and expenses incurred. All requests for reimbursement must be accompanied by two sets of documentation: 1) case file data which confirms eligibility of the clients on whose behalf payments have been made; and 2) documentation of payment for eligible expenses (i.e., invoices, receipts, bills from vendors, copies of checks, time sheets, etc.), copies of checks from other grants etc.) received and expended, and other supporting documentation. Supporting documentation must be accompanied by an agency payment voucher providing this information and a copy of the signed check with which the payment was made. Requests for reimbursement must be received by the 15th day of the month following the month during which the expense was paid.

  • Additional Cards You may request additional Cards and permit Authorized Users to have access to your Card or Account. You will be liable for all Account transactions made and all fees incurred by those Authorized Users (including without limitation interest charges). We may limit the total number of Cards and other Access Devices issued.

  • Jointly Provided Switched Access Services 7.5.1 Jointly Provided Switched Access Service is described and governed by the FCC and state access Tariffs, Multiple Exchange Carrier Access Billing (MECAB) and Multiple Exchange Carrier Ordering and Design (MECOD) Guidelines and based on LERG routing, and is not modified by any provisions of this Agreement. Both Parties agree to comply with such guidelines. CenturyLink and CLEC agree that the originating, intermediate, and terminating LECs for switched access will cooperatively determine the Jointly Provided Switched Access arrangements in which all parties concur.

  • Stop Payment Requests If you desire to stop any transfer that has already been processed, you must contact customer care for the Service pursuant to Section 22 of the General Terms.   • Data Subject Requests To the extent legally permitted, Okta shall promptly notify Customer if Okta receives a request from a Data Subject to exercise the Data Subject's right of access, right to rectification, restriction of Processing, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), data portability, object to the Processing, or its right not to be subject to an automated individual decision making (“Data Subject Request”). Factoring into account the nature of the Processing, Okta shall assist Customer by appropriate organizational and technical measures, insofar as this is possible, for the fulfilment of Customer’s obligation to respond to a Data Subject Request under Data Protection Laws and Regulations. In addition, to the extent Customer, in its use of the Service, does not have the ability to address a Data Subject Request, Okta shall, upon Customer’s request, provide commercially- reasonable efforts to assist Customer in responding to such Data Subject Request, to the extent that Okta is legally authorized to do so, and the response to such Data Subject Request is required under Data Protection Laws and Regulations. To the extent legally permitted, Customer shall be responsible for any costs arising from Okta’s provision of such assistance.
