Additional Intuit Compensation. Additionally, as a part of the ------------------------------ Monthly Reconciliation Process, CNC will pay Intuit a "commission" (sometimes referred to as a "bounty") for each Customer who previously signed up for the applicable Package Plan (including both former Standard Plan Customers and new Customers) and has paid for at least a specified number of successive full months of service. Commissions or bounties will be paid once during the "lifetime" of a Customer when the Customer makes his/her first change from a Standard Plan to a Package Plan. Additionally, CNC and Intuit will from time to time review the amount and timing of the payment of the commission to determine its fairness, and make such changes as the parties may mutually agree.

  • Adviser’s Compensation Each Fund shall pay to the Adviser, as compensation for the Adviser’s services hereunder, a fee, determined as described in Schedule A that is attached hereto and made a part hereof. Such fee shall be computed daily and paid not less than monthly in arrears by each Fund. The method for determining net assets of a Fund for purposes hereof shall be the same as the method for determining net assets for purposes of establishing the offering and redemption prices of Fund shares as described in the Fund’s Registration Statement.   • Unemployment Compensation The Company will not contest the decision of the appropriate regulatory commission regarding unemployment compensation that may be due to the Executive.
