Additional Costs For Change Orders and Claims. Except for Construction Change Directives which specify additional Costs of the Work are to be paid, or pursuant to an Owner signed Change Order, Owner shall not have any obligation to pay any amounts to Contractor or any Subcontractor or Vendor for work outside the scope of Contractor’s Work.
